Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GrocerPark. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Perishable items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.

2. Return Process

  • Please contact us at info@grocerpark.com to initiate a return. Do not send items without prior authorisation.
  • If your return is accepted, we will issue a prepaid returns label and provide instructions for sending the item back.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • Notify us within 24 hours if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
  • Include clear photographs of the issue to help us resolve the matter swiftly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh produce, frozen foods, meat, fish, fresh snacks)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items and gift vouchers

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • A £2.99 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.
  • For dry goods and kitchenware, packaging and handling charges may be deducted.
  • Perishable items are non-refundable once dispatched, unless there is a delivery issue.

7. Delayed or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be delayed or denied under the following conditions:

  • No photographic evidence is provided for damaged or faulty items.
  • Temperature-controlled delivery was not selected for perishable items where required.
  • Delivery was refused, failed, or returned without a valid reason.
