Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

To request a return, please contact us at info@grocerpark.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid returns label along with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Do not send items back without prior authorisation, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us straight away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

For perishable items, you must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly include clear photographs of the item to help us address your concern efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen products, meat, fish, fresh sweets and snacks)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (e.g. health and beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift vouchers

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • A £2.99 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders. This nominal fee helps us manage resources efficiently.
  • For dry goods and kitchenware, refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected, with packaging and handling charges deducted.
  • Perishable items are non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases of delivery issues. Please notify us immediately if there is a delay in delivery.

Delayed or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be delayed or denied in the following situations:

  1. If no photo evidence is provided for damaged or faulty items
  2. If you did not select temperature-controlled delivery (where required) for perishable items
  3. If delivery was refused, failed, or returned without valid reason
