  • Scope: Only the items listed in the dispatch confirmation are included.

5. Consumer Rights

Cancellation Rights: You may cancel within 15 working days from receipt by notifying us in writing and returning items at your cost. Refunds will be processed upon receipt in original condition.

Exclusions: No cancellations for:

  • Fresh produce
  • Herbs, flowers, or garlands
  • Perishable or made-to-order items

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe in the confirmation email.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delivery may occur in one or more instalments.

7. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk: Responsibility passes upon delivery.
  • Ownership: You own products once payment, including delivery charges, is received.

8. Price and Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • VAT rate changes before delivery will apply at dispatch.
  • We may adjust prices, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour it. We will contact you before proceeding or cancel the order.
